Back to the topic....
Me and Kenny went to Sunway Pyramid for some walk and San Andreas movie at TGV cinema last Sunday.. When we were leaving Asian Avenue after dinner, we discovered Eggette Lab that's selling HK Style Waffle!
It's 10.15pm and there's still long queue!
HK Style Waffle is one of the authentic street food in Hong Kong. It's made with eggs, sugar, flour and evaporated milk. The flour pour in the middle of two honeycomb steel mould and bake, there goes the golden yellow waffle with the middle half empty, crispy shell and soft inside.
Eggette Lab was offering 5 flavours. Orginal, Chocolate, Charcoal Cheese, Chicken Floss & Green Tea. We took a number and waited for our turn to order.

The waffle was freshly made right after our order. You can look at the whole process of making of the Waffle since they were open kitchen concept. The flavoured flour poured in the mould and bake! Smells great!
Original (RM 4.90) & Chocolate (RM 5.90)
The waffle smells so great and piping hot when we received it. The Original flavour was okay, crispy shell and soft inside, personally I think it's too sweet and not so 'egg' taste. Prefer Wong Kok Char Chan Teng one. While Chocolate flavour one, it's chocolate taste mild, but the generous portion of chocolate chips inside was a plus point.

BEST match with Cappuccino. Enjoy our HK Style waffle with coffee while waiting for San Andreas movie. =)
Update my last visit on July'15.
Chicken Floss Special (RM 5.90). Generous amount of chicken floss is a plus point. But waffle hardly to tear apart because it's not crispy as other flavours since added chicken floss. Best eaten when piping hot!
Spicy Chicken Floss (RM 6.40). Not much different from Chicken Floss Special despite it's spicy one. Personally prefer this Spicy one because I can taste spicy and savoury flavour while waffle was sweet.
UPDATE ON 22/4/2017 VISIT
Few days ago, I saw on their facebook page regarding their new flavor - Golden Custard (Salted Egg York) Eggette was released!
Not as my expectation... No golden custard lava flowing out. Golden custard fully absorbed into eggette flour. I would say it's flavorful but a bit disappointing.
